CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot edit or change any of the details that you have entered. However, your orders are cancellable if you send us an email at support@amorosoclothing.com for up to 1 hour after they are placed. When sending an email, please include the number of your order. The order cannot be changed or cancelled in any way once it departs our warehouse.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Most purchases may be returned within 30 days since the order was shipped out. Before sending the item(s) back, please contact us at support@amorosoclothing.com with the stated issue and your order number. Please ensure that items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any goods damaged during transport on their way back will be considered your responsibility and will be sent back without a refund.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

It takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks to receive returned items and process your refund. We’ll send you an email once the returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed. Refunds to store credits are free, while for PayPal or credit cards refunds, we deduct shipping costs and payment provider’s taxes which are approximately 5% of the total amount.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

Please send us a photo of the item(s) together with your order number to support@amorosoclothing.com and we’ll take it from there. In an unlikely case of faulty goods, wrong items or sizing we will issue a full refund or exchange the item(s). We still cannot offer free shipping on returned items but we will ask you to provide the postage receipt so we can give you Store credit in the amount you were charged for shipping.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

We advise you to use the table that can be found on each product page by clicking Size Chart. Please keep in mind that width can stretch up to 2cm due stretching abilities of our fabrics. The original length is adjustable and can be extended up to 2cm because of snap fasteners.

WERE CAN I FIND CARE INSTRUCTIONS?

Care instructions and details are printed on a label attached to the purchased product and can be found on each product page under category Care.

WILL I BE CHARGED ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?

Import and customs duties vary from country to country, which is the reason why we cannot know will you be charged or not. Please visit your customs website or contact them directly to find out more.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY?

Depending on your region the estimated time of delivery can take from 5 to 15 working days. More specifically, shipping to Europe can take from 3 to 7 working days, while shipping to other continents can take from 7 up to 15 working days.

I HAVE RECEIVED A COUPON CODE, HOW TO USE IT?

After selecting the products, you will be taken to the cart where you will see a ‘’Coupon’’ section. Simply type or paste the code, without any spaces between characters and click Apply. Your discount amount will be automatically subtracted from your order total and all you need to do is to proceed to checkout phase in order to complete the order.
